Unfortunately, due to our data security policies, we are unable to edit email addresses on the backend. If you need to update your email, you’ll need to create a new account using your new email address.
Steps to Create a New Account
Log Out of Your Current Account:
Go to your profile by clicking on your name or icon in the top-right corner of the screen.
Select the "Log Out" option to sign out of your current account.
Enter Your New Email Address:
On the sign-in page that appears after logging out, type in your new email address and click "Continue."
Set a Password:
You’ll be prompted to create a password for your new account.
Create Your New Account:
Click the "Create New Account" button to complete the registration process.
What About My Existing Documents?
Currently, we do not support automatic data transfer between accounts. If there are important documents in your old account, you’ll need to:
Log into your old account.
Copy and paste the relevant content into your new account manually.
