How do I teach LoveHeart to write like me?
Updated over a week ago

LoveHeart will learn how you like to write and sound like you using just a short passage of text. This means that all of your learning documentation will authentically sound like you.

To set up Writing Style:

  1. Log into LoveHeart and click on your profile in the top left corner of your screen.

  2. Next click on "Profile & Preferences".

  3. Click "Writing Style".

  4. Write your favourite piece of writing into the "Sample of My Writing" section.

Tip: This can be a previous Learning Story or an Observation you have written.

  5. Click “Save Changes”

  6. Another way you can access and update Writing Style in LoveHeart is from "Writing settings" when you are creating a new Journey, Journal or Curriculum Plan.

Go ahead and click the "Writing settings" icon to get started.

  7. If you click "Edit" next to "A sample of my writing" you can then review your writing sample and make changes. Simply click "Close" to exit out of the writing settings popup and return to your writing.

  8. LoveHeart also has the option to provide feedback on completed documentation.

Open up a Journey, Journal or Curriculum Plan you would like to provide feedback for. You will see a thumbs up and down icon. Depending on how satisfied or dissatisfied you are with how LoveHeart has written like you, you can go ahead and choose one of the thumbs to provide LoveHeart feedback.

For example: If you chose the dissatisfied thumbs down, you can explain to LoveHeart what you would like to change. Next, click submit and next time you complete your observation, it will ensure these changes will be in place so that it sounds just like you!

And that's it. Immediately, all new learning documentation will have a "you" flavour. How cool is that?

Overtime as you give it feedback, LoveHeart will refine to write just like you!
