How do I create i.e. add a new Centre?

LoveHeart's Centre Plan makes it easy to collaborate with multiple team members and stay connected. With the Centre Plan, you can work with your colleagues across your room, centre, or organisation, keep your data secure with data storage at the centre level for compliance reasons, and choose from various roles, including Owner, Manager, and Member, with different permissions and access levels.

To create a new Centre in LoveHeart, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to LoveHeart

  2. Click on the "the circle" profile icon button in the top left-hand corner of the screen

  3. In the dropdown menu, click "Add new team"

  4. Enter a name for your new team

  5. Click "Proceed to Payment"

  6. Review the details of the plan and enter your subscription details

  7. Click "Go to New Team"

That's it! You have now created a new Centre in LoveHeart. You can now collaborate with your Educators by working on multiple items together, including sharing journeys, journals, children, and more!
