If you need to update your learning framework in LoveHeart, don't worry - it's a quick and easy process. Follow these steps to update your learning framework:
Log in to LoveHeart, click on your profile picture at the the top left-corner.
A dropdown box will appear, then click on "Profile & Preferences".
Select "Frameworks"
Ensure you have selected your country, your Service/Centre type, and your learning framework.
Click "Save Changes"
