How do I upgrade my plan or subscription?

It's super easy to upgrade your plan i.e. subscription to allow for more requests. Here is how to upgrade using your desktop or laptop.

To upgrade, follow the steps below:

1. Sign in to app.loveheart.ai

2. Click on your profile picture at the top left-hand corner of your screen. A dropdown box will appear, click "Profile & Preferences"

3. Next select "Billing"

4. Click "Open Billing Portal"

5. Click "Open"

6. Click "Update plan"

7. Select the best plan for you and click "Continue"

8. Depending on whether you have entered your payment information with LoveHeart previously, or if this is your first time upgrading, ensure to enter your Credit Card details and select "Continue"

9. Continue following the prompts to update your plan, and you will receive a confirmation once this is complete.
