Losing important information in your observations can be frustrating! In this article, we will guide you through the steps to recover deleted information in your observation, ensuring that your valuable data is not gone forever.

This feature also creates transparency around who created a document, and edits that were made to the document.

Let's explore how to recover your observations and track your Educators documentation:

  1. Select and click into which observation you would like to recover or track.

  2. Next click on the "clock/timer" button located on the top right hand corner of your screen.

  3. This will open the version history of the document, including who has created it, and what they have contributed. Find which version history would you like to recover by clicking on the button, "Restore This Version"

  4. A message will pop up saying "Version restored!" to confirm the changes

  5. Select the back "Arrow" button to go back to your document

Enjoy peace of mind knowing that your observations are safely restored and saved! This is an excellent method for auditing purposes.
