How to update billing information in a Centre Account

Please note: The role of an "Owner" on LoveHeart has access to this information.

Here's how to update your details and email address in your billing portal to ensure invoices and details are up-to-date and sent to the correct email:

  1. Click on your Centre profile icon at the top left hand corner of your screen

  2. A dropdown box will appear. Go ahead and click "Team Settings"

  3. Select "Billing"

  4. Within "Payments & Invoices" select "Open"

  5. Click "Open" to open the portal

  6. Navigate and click "Update information"

  7. Go ahead and update your information and click "Save".

    Once this is changed you will now receive new invoices sent to your updated information.
