How to Collaborate and Invite Educators with Teams?

Starting June 14th, 2024, new users who sign up for LoveHeart will have the ability to invite educators to their "Teams" account right away. For exisiting users who signed up before June 14th, 2024, will be available in the upcoming months.

Collaborating and inviting your educators to Teams will provide you with the ability to:

  1. Collaborate on goal setting, understanding, and planning for a child’s learning

  2. Working on Journals together prior to sharing with families

  3. Building the curriculum for your Room or Service

  4. Building your practice individually and as a group with Coach Sue

Here is how to invite educators within your Teams Account:

  1. Click on your Profile Icon at the top left hand side of your screen. A dropdown box will appear. Go ahead and select "Team settings".

  2. Select "Members"

    There are two ways you can invite members into your Teams account

  3. One way is to enable and turn on a secret link to invite new members. Once this has been generated click "Copy link" and send the link to your educators. Please note: Anyone with this link can be added to your Teams account. It is recommended to change this link once you have invited all your educators for safety and privacy reasons.

  4. The second way to invite members is to simply click the "Invite" button.

  5. Type in the email of who you are wanting to invite, select the role, and click invite.
