Adding multiple centres to your organisation can be a time-consuming task if done individually. Good news, LoveHeart offers a bulk upload feature that allows you to add all your centres at once. This guide will walk you through the simple steps to bulk upload your teams into LoveHeart, making the process quick and easy.
Bulk uploading teams is available only to the organisation manager.
Step 1: Prepare Your Spreadsheet
Before you begin, you’ll need to prepare a spreadsheet with the name of each centre, saved as a CSV file.
If you’re unsure about the format, LoveHeart provides a sample template that you can download and use as a guide, or you can create your own.
Step 2: Bulk Upload
1.Log in to Your LoveHeart Account: Start by logging into your organisation’s LoveHeart account.
2.Navigate to the Org Account: Click on the icon with your initial, then use the drop-down menu to navigate to your organisation’s name with "enterprise" written below it.
3. Select Org and Teams: Look for the “Teams” option and click on it.
4. Invite Teams: Click on the "+ New" button.
5. Bulk Import: At the bottom of the pop-up window, you’ll see an option that says "Try Bulk Import." Click on this text.
6. Choose Your File: Click on the “Upload File” button and select the spreadsheet you prepared. Then, press 'Next' to continue.
7. Map Fields: Use the arrows next to each section to map the fields from your spreadsheet to the required fields on LoveHeart. Once all fields are mapped, press 'Next' to continue.
8. Review the Data: After uploading, LoveHeart will display a preview of the data and highlight any invalid records with a red exclamation mark (!). Click on the pencil icon next to each highlighted record to edit the information. Once all records are valid, press 'Next' to continue.
9. Confirm the Upload Once everything looks good, click “Next.” LoveHeart will begin processing the data, which may take a few moments depending on the number of entries.
10. Verify the Upload After the upload is complete, double-check the "Teams" section to ensure all centres have been added correctly. If anything is missing or incorrect, you can manually adjust the entries.
