How to add your Teams (Centres) into groups as an organisation
Updated over 3 months ago

Organising your centres into groups within LoveHeart is a great way to manage different centre's efficiently. Groups allow you to set specific philosophies and frameworks for each set of centres, making it especially useful if your centres operate in different states or regions with varying educational frameworks or if they have different philosophies. This guide will walk you through the steps to add your teams (centres) into groups.

Step 1: Before you can add your centres to groups, you need to ensure that all your teams (centres) are already created in LoveHeart. If you haven’t done this yet, please refer to the guide on how to bulk upload your Teams (centres).

Step 2: Setting up Groups

1. Log in to Your LoveHeart Account: Start by logging into your organisation’s LoveHeart account.

2. Navigate to the Org Account: Click on the icon with your initial, then use the drop-down menu to navigate to your organisation’s name with "enterprise" written below it.

3. Select Groups: In your dashboard, find the “Groups” option and click on it.

4. Create New Group: Click on the “+ Create” button.

5. Name Your Group: Give your group a name that reflects the centres you’ll be linking to it. For example, you might name it after a specific state or region.

6. Select the Group: After creating your group, click on the group’s name to open it.

7. Add Centres: Inside the group, you’ll find an option to '"link Team" centres. Click on this option.

8. Link Centres One by One: You’ll need to link each centre individually. Select a centre from the list and click “Add” or “Link” to include it in the group.

9. Repeat for All Relevant Centres: Continue this process until all the centres you want in the group are linked.

Benefits of Using Groups

  • Tailored Frameworks: Set the appropriate educational framework for each group, especially useful if your centres are in different states with different requirements.

  • Unified Philosophy: Ensure that all centres within a group follow the same philosophy, making it easier to maintain consistency across locations.

  • Efficient Management: Groups make it easier to manage multiple centres by allowing you to apply changes and updates at the group level rather than individually.

Adding your teams into groups on LoveHeart helps streamline the management of multiple centres. By setting specific philosophies and frameworks for each group, you can ensure that all your centres operate consistently and in line with local guidelines.
