Your organisation’s philosophy is the heart of everything you do, guiding your approach to education and care. LoveHeart makes it easy to set and share this philosophy across your each team. Here’s how to do it!

1. Log in to Your LoveHeart Account: Start by logging into your organisation’s LoveHeart account.

2. Navigate to Org Settings: Click on your initial, select your organisation’s name from the drop-down menu, and then head to "Settings."

3. Locate the Philosophy Section: In the settings, find the “Philosophy” section.

4. Slide to Override the Teams: If enabled, you can set the philosophy for each of your groups. LoveHeart will intelligently blend a user’s individual philosophy with the group’s philosophy.

5. Group philosophy: Set the philosophy for each of your groups by clicking on the arrow.

6. Edit: To customise, click on "Edit" next to the group name and add the specific philosophy. You can choose one of the main philosophies, or select custom to add your teams organisational philosophy.

7. Save Changes: Hit the “Update” button to apply your philosophy across the team that you have selected in LoveHeart.

Setting a clear and consistent philosophy in LoveHeart helps unify your team and ensures everyone is on the same page. With the ability to override team settings, you can apply specific philosophies to different groups.
