How to Set the Framework for Your Organisation's Teams
Updated over a week ago

The educational framework you choose plays a vital role in guiding your practice and ensuring that the documents LoveHeart creates reflect the frameworks outcomes for children. Whether it's a state-specific or national framework, LoveHeart allows you to set the framework that best aligns with each centre. Here’s how to set it up!

1. Navigate to Org Settings: Click on your initial, choose your organisation’s name from the drop-down menu, and then head to "Settings."

2. Locate the Framework Section: In the settings menu, find the section labelled “Framework.”

3. Slide to Override the Teams: If enabled, you can set the framework for each of your groups. LoveHeart will intelligently blend a user’s individual framework with the group’s framework. To further tailor the framework for specific groups, click on "Edit" next to the group name and add the necessary framework details.

4. Choose the Appropriate Framework: Select the country and educational framework that aligns with each teams needs. This could be a state-specific framework, or the national framework that best supports the outcomes for children in your centres.

5. Save Changes: Click the “Update” button to apply this framework across all your centres within LoveHeart.

Setting the appropriate framework in LoveHeart ensures that your centres are guided by the relevant state or national educational standards and outcomes for children. With the option to override team settings, you can customise frameworks for specific groups, ensuring they align perfectly with regulatory requirements.
