LoveHeart’s new Family Sharing feature allows you to enhance communication with families and invite them to be an active part of their child’s learning and development.
This feature provides a secure, private space for families to view learning journeys, share stories, and engage with educators.
Note: The Families feature is only available on Pro and Team plans.
Steps to Activate Family Sharing:
Navigate to Team Settings:
From your LoveHeart team account, go to the Team Settings section.
Enable the Families Feature:
Under the Team Features section, look for the Families option.
Slide the toggle to enable Family Sharing. Once enabled, families will be able to view learning documents shared with them by educators.
Enable Family Sharing Options:
Once Family Sharing is enabled, you will have the option to also enable the
‘All About Me’ feature, which lets families fill out detailed information about their child.
Family Sharing, which allows families to view and contribute to their child’s learning journey.
Note: Only Owners and Managers have the ability to enable this setting. If your centre is part of a larger organisation, your Organisation Manager will be responsible for activating Family Sharing.
Once activated, this feature turns LoveHeart into a powerful collaboration tool between educators and families, keeping everyone informed and connected in real time.
