How to Invite a Family Member to a Child’s Profile

Inviting family members to view and engage with a child’s profile in LoveHeart helps strengthen the partnership between educators and families.

Note: The Families feature is only available on Pro and Team plans.

Follow these simple steps to invite a family member to a child's profile:

Steps to Invite a Family Member:

  1. Go to the Child’s Profile in Journeys:

    • From your LoveHeart dashboard, navigate to the Journeys feature.

    • Select the child’s profile you want to invite a family member to.

  2. Select Family Sharing:

    • In the child’s profile, click on the Family Sharing option.

  3. Click ‘Invite’:

    • Once inside Family Sharing, click the Invite button.

  4. Add the Family Member’s Email Address:

    • Enter the family member’s email address in the provided field.

  5. Select Their Role:

    • Choose whether the family member will be a Parent (full access) or a Viewer (limited access).

  6. Click ‘Invite’:

    • Once you've filled in the details, click Invite. The family member will receive an email with instructions on how to join and view the child’s profile.

By following these steps, you can easily invite family members to stay connected and actively participate in their child’s learning journey.
