Inviting family members to view and engage with a child’s profile in LoveHeart helps strengthen the partnership between educators and families.
Note: The Families feature is only available on Pro and Team plans.
Follow these simple steps to invite a family member to a child's profile:
Steps to Invite a Family Member:
Go to the Child’s Profile in Journeys:
From your LoveHeart dashboard, navigate to the Journeys feature.
Select the child’s profile you want to invite a family member to.
Select Family Sharing:
In the child’s profile, click on the Family Sharing option.
Click ‘Invite’:
Once inside Family Sharing, click the Invite button.
Add the Family Member’s Email Address:
Enter the family member’s email address in the provided field.
Select Their Role:
Choose whether the family member will be a Parent (full access) or a Viewer (limited access).
Click ‘Invite’:
Once you've filled in the details, click Invite. The family member will receive an email with instructions on how to join and view the child’s profile.
